"Good gear"
Good hosiery and average shapewear. Their hosiery is good and the support hose comparable with better EU brands. I like the packaging too. They last well and are good value for money.

I've been ordering from their Assets line, which is less expensive than some of their other stuff. It is very good value. Custormer service is generally OK. One problem is that they won't take the VISA card I normally use- they insist that the address I give does not match with what's on the account. I checked with my bank and that's not true. I've never had a problem with this card at any other website. So I have to use a different card to shop at Spanx.
